Human Resource Services

– Search for the right candidates from our extensive database and other sources.
– Screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for your job vacancy.
– Providing short list and CV’s of interested candidates according to your job vacancy requirements.
– Advising your company regarding human resources until you find the right candidate.

Consulting Fees and Guarantees

– For the placement of one of our candidates, a consulting fee equivalent to One Month Gross Salary (Basic Salary + Meal Allowance + Travelling Allowance + Full Attendance Allowance & Etc.,)
of the candidate will be changed to your company. In the event, that no candidate is found or that your company recruits a suitable person, by its own sources, no fee will be charged.

– Your company will benefit from a one-month guarantee for the candidate appointed. If this person does not perform his or her work during the probation period Win Top Human Resources Management Co.,Ltd will replace him or her free of charge.

– A shortlist will be submitted in two samples to your company before the interviews. One sample has to be signed and returned to Win Top Human Resources Management Co.,Ltd. During a period of one year, your company should not hire any of these candidates without keeping Win Top Human Resources Management Co.,Ltd informed. A consulting fee will be charged for any of the candidates shortlisted and hired by your company or affiliated company even in the event that the position offered to this person is different from the previous one.

– The fee for finding the candidate is to be settled one month after the candidates begins working for your company.
